From its inception in 2003, AdRem Systems Corporation remains as a technology integrator for the U.S. Intelligence Community. Within that time, AdRem has expanded its service to other U.S. government entities and to the Commercial/Private Sector. Our portfolio of offerings spans across the intelligence markets, government missions, healthcare, industrial, legal, and businesses alike. AdRem cultivates its expertise and understanding of existing and emerging technologies from the Private Sector and combines its learned government cybersecurity practices to deliver innovative, effective, and efficient solutions, vital to defending and protecting critical networks.
Our Leadership
Patrick Birt is the Owner and Founder of AdRem Systems Corporation, incorporated in 2003. Patrick has over 35 years of information technology and federal service experience. He has served in both the Private and Public Sectors, possessing a vast skillset of experience. His experience includes LANs, WANs, large RF & Satellite Systems, and Secure High-Speed Data and Mobile communications. Lead Engineer for government solutions that included development of concepts, design, implementation, and integration. Experienced in Government communications equipment and practices both CONUS and abroad. Patrick possesses an Electronics Engineering degree and is an FCC Amateur Radio license holder with numerous professional certifications to include certified electronics technician (ISCET), CCNA, Microsoft Certified Trainer, MCSE and more.
Patrick has created an entrepreneurial culture within AdRem, enabling individuals to make a difference, and be recognized for it by encouraging 'Intrapreneurship’. Through ‘intrapreneurship’, employees can embrace their entrepreneurial skills without incurring the normal risks associated with those activities. ‘Intrapreneurs’ have the resources and capabilities of the company at their disposal, providing them with an opportunity to turn a special idea or project into a profitable venture for the company and an excellent experience for the customer. Patrick believes in awarding individuals who contribute to the company’s growth by providing them with stock holdings that reflect their contribution.
Patrick provides the overall direction and daily management of AdRem and plays a key role in maintaining a reasonable cost structure and making the best people available to its customers.
