Referral Payment
Receive a one-time referral payment of $5,000 with the following conditions:
- Candidate acknowledges they were referred by you
- Candidate completes 30 days of good employment standing with AdRem
- Payment will be processed within 30 days following Candidate's 30 day employment
- Payment made on 1099 basis
Eligibility of Payment
Must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age.
Non-eligible Candidates
- Does not possess a TS/SCI w/Poly clearance
- Current applicant to AdRem
- Already referred by AdRem Employee
- Referred Candidate that has already been submitted and actively being pursued
- Former employee of AdRem within the last 12 months
