Systems support technicians work on the computer systems within AdRem, performing tasks such as configuring computer systems, helping with system repairs and installing parts of (or entire) computer systems.
The Support Technician will receive training and guidance, from the Lead Systems Engineer, to assist in designing networks and solutions for AdRem prospective and current clients (25-500 employees of private and non-profit organizations).
Technicians may be required to provide On-Site support to clients during Normal and Off Hours and must maintain a 2 Hour commuting distance to relevant clients in specified service area.
Technicians will be supported in seeking out training in desired certifications.
Attending or on track to attend College for a degree in CyberSecurity, Information Technology or related disciplines.
Government Clearance not required, however, a simple security background check will be performed.
